Where does coaching take place?

Since we offer our services world-wide most of our Coaching sessions are done via online video conference, by telephone or email. We offer face-to-face coaching at special events and presentation and in our home town, Ottawa, Ontario.

What happens during my first coaching session?

You will be asked to complete a Welcome Package questionnaire so your coach may gain a more thorough understanding of your personality, aspirations, and areas of struggle. The coaching session begins with a discussion to understand your core beliefs, strengths, talents, and the changes you would like to make in your life. You and your coach will also establish — based on your expectations — what a coaching relationship should be so you can decide if you would like to move forward with future sessions.

What tools are involved in the coaching sessions?

All coaching sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual and can incorporate any combinations of the following tools:

  • Breathing and/or yoga practice designed for your needs
  • Self-reflection exercises to determine underlying issues
  • Hypnosis and/or self-hypnosis or visualization exercises
  • Specific tasks and goals that help you overcome limitations
  • Online tools to help understand the mind-body connection
