The ancient art of Yoga has been practiced for generations but the term “Yoga” has recently lost much it’s meaning; where the focus has been put strongly on the physical practice.

Yoga however is far more than a physical practice. It is also a mental, and spiritual discipline, that aims to transform body and mind. The New Yoga (.com) is here to reintroduce Yoga to the world, in it’s true form by providing not only tools for the physical practice but also powerful programs, events and resources for your mind and body.

Mark Laham – Founder

I work with companies small and large by teaching them the tools to transform both their professional and personal lives. I speak in corporate settings, at yoga retreats, conferences, charity events, to sports teams, within the mental health industry, government groups and more.

In my workshops and seminars, I make clear the role our mindbody connection plays in how we handle all of our day to day challenges. Rather than internalizing these stresses and allowing them to affect you physically or mentally, we can view them as challenges to overcome and still get to the end of our day with life and energy left over for family, friends and all sorts of other fun things.

The underlining message in all of my work is that although life can be busy and intense, developing a sense of humor about it is vital on the journey to reaching our full potential.
